STEP ONE
Make a post (public, friends-locked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your DA journal. The post should contain your list of ten holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a ______ icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("all I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV."). The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your DA or link to this post so that the holiday joy will spread.
STEP TWO
Surf around your friends list (or friends' friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now, here's the important part:
If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use -- do it.
You need not spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf -- to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not -- it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Give, and you might receive. and you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
1. ...um ...I like...giftart. Especially couple giftart. IT MAKES ME HAPPY. Q__Q But, any giftart will please me. Commissions from other people too..like artists I know I'll never have a life's chance of getting art from.
2. Icons...I love..collecting icons to use in various places I go to.
3. Christmas cards/wishes? I like getting..mail. ;^; Especially like..mailed giftart.
4. Manga? c8 I doubt I'll get all the volumes I want for christmas XD so old copies, new copies, I'll take anything. Mostly manga for: Hellsing, Trinity Blood, Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, Outlaw Star, Hot Gimmick, DNAngel, Yu Yu Hakusho, Tenchi Muyo and any of the other series, Bleach, Vampire Game, Samurai Champloo, or anything else thats good.
5. PLUSHIES. I love..stuffed animals to death. Draggy sent me some last year and oh god, I still love them to death.
6. ...candy...I lovveeee...candy. Mostly like..those airheads rainbow strip..things and GUMMIES. gummies. Like..gummi worms.
7. ...I have no idea what could go here.
8. ....A COLLAR. Man I am like..dying..for a new collar so bad. ...and maybe some armwarmersssss.
9. Oh...adoptables? ..I like..collecting those too.
10. ...and...a paid account for my LJ. y__y;;

UMM OH GOSHH that christmas wishlist ...I do that like every year! XD I'll see if I can do some things for you that's on that wishlist, I really like doing stuff for other people for those kind of things. XD IT REMINDS ME that I need to make my own one up like ...soon.
As for your FAQ, maybe add something about commissions or whatnot (if you like have a link to a commish page or something? XD if people are always asking you on those), what programs you use, stuff about like ...what you allow and what you don't allow to do with your art. That should be helpful since like ...idk about you but a lot of people ask me on those things? XD so ya.
