..lol so like, we havent gotten any assignments in my classes yet besides OBSERVATIONAL color, which is something silly I could do in 5 minutes anyways...so I'm taking advantage of the free time I have until they start to lay down all of this work on us......fffff.

This was for a spam trade with =maygikal, of her kitsune character Jaelle. I adore kitsune characters like this <3

I also wanted to try out the whole "line of action" thing our animation teacher kept emphasizing on when she talked to us the other day. I never really thought to use it for my drawings, but now it makes a lot of sense when you start to use it. It also makes thinking up more poses easier too. |D heh.

I've been trying to figure out the "line of action" thing since I bought this book on animation a few years ago...still can't get a hang of it. Somehow it makes things harder for me...^^;

But I do love the movement here, especially of the tails and ribbons! Those colors and the shading look really gorgeous. :D

Three Tail (Sanbi)! That's a great piece. It looks like the tails and ribbon are truly flowing and the coloring is astounding!
